By purchasing a Birdies Golf Club Founding Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Early Birdies Special
The Early Birdies Special is a limited pre-opening offer available exclusively before Birdies Golf Club officially opens for business.
The purchase price is:
$500.00 – One-Time Founding Membership Fee
Your Founding Membership includes:
- Your Birdies initiation/founding membership fee.
- Your first month of membership at no additional charge when Birdies officially opens.
- The opportunity to secure your membership before pre-opening enrollment closes.
2. Membership Activation
Your purchase reserves your Founding Membership but does not provide immediate access to Birdies Golf Club.
Your membership will become active only after:
- Birdies Golf Club officially opens for business;
- You complete the required member orientation session;
- You execute any required Membership Agreement, Liability Waiver, or related documents; and
- Your membership account is activated by Birdies Golf Club.
3. Orientation Requirement
Before receiving 24/7 access credentials, all members must complete a brief in-person orientation.
The orientation is designed to familiarize members with:
- Club access procedures;
- Simulator operation;
- Reservation policies;
- Safety guidelines;
- Facility rules;
- Guest policies; and
- Proper care of Birdies equipment.
Completion of orientation is mandatory before facility access is granted.
4. Membership Dues
Following the complimentary first month included with this Founding Membership, recurring membership dues will be:
$300 per month, plus applicable taxes.
Monthly dues will begin after the complimentary first month ends and will continue until canceled pursuant to Birdies’ Membership Agreement.
Birdies reserves the right to adjust membership pricing in the future.
5. Reservation Policies
Birdies Golf Club operates using an online reservation system.
Membership provides access to reserve simulator time but does not guarantee unrestricted or unlimited use.
Reservation policies, including but not limited to:
- Maximum reservation lengths;
- Limits on active future bookings;
- Guest policies;
- Peak-hour reservation limits; and
- Operational procedures,
may be established and modified by Birdies Golf Club from time to time to ensure fair access for all members.
6. Member Access
Upon activation, members will receive 24/7 access to Birdies Golf Club through the Club’s access control system.
Access may occasionally be limited due to maintenance, repairs, emergencies, software updates, or other operational needs.
7. Guests
Members may invite guests in accordance with Birdies’ current guest policy.
Members are responsible for the conduct, safety, and actions of all guests and may be held financially responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests.
8. Club Rules
Members agree to comply with all posted Club Rules and Policies, including safety procedures, simulator usage requirements, cleanliness standards, and facility guidelines.
Birdies reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges for violations of Club policies.
9. Founding Membership Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law or otherwise approved in writing by Birdies Golf Club, the $500 Founding Membership Fee is non-refundable.
If Birdies Golf Club does not ultimately open for business, Birdies Golf Club reserves the right to provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund or other accommodation.
10. Membership Availability
Memberships are intentionally limited to preserve the premium private club experience.
Birdies Golf Club reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the sale of Founding Memberships at any time and does not guarantee availability after the Early Birdies Special concludes.
11. Future Membership Agreement
Purchasing a Founding Membership does not replace the requirement to execute Birdies’ full Membership Agreement and Liability Waiver prior to receiving facility access.
All members will be required to sign the Club’s current Membership Agreement during onboarding.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Beaufort County, South Carolina.
Acknowledgment
By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree that:
- My $500 payment reserves my Birdies Founding Membership.
- My membership becomes active only after Birdies officially opens.
- I must complete the required orientation before receiving 24/7 access credentials.
- My first month of membership begins upon activation and is included with my Founding Membership.
- Monthly dues of $300 plus applicable taxes will begin after my complimentary first month.
- My use of Birdies Golf Club will be subject to the Club’s Membership Agreement, Liability Waiver, reservation policies, and facility rules in effect at the time of activation.
